RockawayMore is seeking a Public Relations Specialist who resides in South Florida with experience in the Food & Beverage industry. This teammate would be responsible for overseeing regional accounts with a team and would require occasional travel.About Us:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, or a related marketing field.Minimum four (4) plus years of professional experience in public relations with a focus on culinary/hospitality.Strong writing skills with a proven track record of producing high-quality material in a timely manner.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of local media publications and a general understanding of regional and national publications.Desire and willingness to learn key Florida, Southeast, and U.S. regional markets.Travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities. Hands-on events experience.Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly adaptable to a fast-paced environment.Interest in social media and digital marketing.Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for media/client events.Ability to perform core job duties, including sitting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.Experience with Muck Rack, Critical Mention, Google Docs, PR Newswire, Canva.Knowledge or experience in Google Analytics and reservation systems like OpenTable are a plus, but not required.Job Duties:

Oversee junior staff and interns, reporting to upper management and the leadership team.Create PR strategies and manage use of editorial calendars.Ensure client and internal deliverables are met within designated hours.Strategically grow the company database by expanding corporate, media, and preferred vendor contacts.Assist in crisis management and pitching for various media.Draft written materials such as biographies, fact sheets, press releases, and media alerts.Serve as an essential client contact, managing day-to-day activities.Assist senior team members with the planning and management of event logistics.Maintain organization of company storage programs and PR-specific filing systems.Manage calendar invites for meetings, interviews, dinners, and events.Coordinate updates to client agendas and strategy plans.Maintain all client written materials.Oversee influencer outreach and campaigns.Manage daily and monthly clipping and reporting.Actively participate in division and agency calls, events, and team building opportunities.Perform additional duties as assigned.Benefits:
