shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Code and Enter Transactions: Accurately code and enter bills, invoices, and other financial transactions into the accounting system, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Documentation Management: Ensure all transaction documentation, including bills and invoices, is properly filed and stored, both physically and digitally, for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
Journal Entry Preparation: Prepare and record journal entries in accordance with accounting standards to ensure accurate reflection of financial data.
Roll Forward Accounting Schedules: Maintain and roll forward accounting schedules to ensure timely and accurate updates for month-end and year-end close processes.
Receivables Analysis: Regularly analyze outstanding customer receivables and follow up with clients by sending payment reminder notices to ensure timely collection of due payments.
Accounts Payable & Receivable Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
Fixed Assets Management: Manage the fixed assets subsidiary ledger and reconcile with the general ledger (G/L) to ensure proper tracking of company assets.
Bank Reconciliations: Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances and identify discrepancies.
