The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing and coordinating schedules for our executive leadership teams (CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, and CHRO). This will be a full-time role located in our Remington, IN office with some possible travel to the West Lafayette office on occasion. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing executive calendars, organizing meetings, coordinating travel, and planning company events.Responsibilities:

Manage the 5 C-Suite Executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.Plan and organize company events, conferences, off-site meetings, and leadership team lunches.Schedule, coordinate, and manage executive meetings and conference calls.Plan and coordinate Town Hall meetings and corporate huddles.Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings; capture notes.Office management: Handle big and minor items, complete expense reports, org chart maintenance, and assist with Summit Office management.Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidential files.Requirements:

5+ years of experience in a high-level executive assistant role.Strong event planning, travel coordination, and scheduling skills.Excellent organizational, time management, and communication abilities.Professional demeanor with a high degree of confidentiality.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other scheduling tools.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.College degree not required but preferred.Benefits:
