More information is available at sphereentertainmentco.com.Who are we hiring?The Sphere Marketing team is searching for a Brand Program Manager to lead year-round Sphere brand initiatives and development of integrated creative for new Sphere experiences. This person will play an important cross-functional role, working closely with Brand Strategy, Customer Marketing, Creative, Product, Studio, and other teams.The Brand Program Manager, Sphere Brand & Experiences will be based in Burbank, CA office and report to the Dir, Brand Programs for Sphere Entertainment.What will you do?Manage Sphere brand initiatives including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, brand guidelines, and brand campaign development.Proactively plan year-round creative needs for Sphere Experience marketing in partnership with the Customer Marketing team.Drive the briefing, development, and execution of creative for Sphere Experiences, in partnership with Brand Strategy and Creative.Create testing plans to ensure creative is optimized for different needs and audiences.Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that the Sphere brand is expressed consistently across product, social, comms, corporate and other touchpoints.What do you need to succeed?Passion to shape the future of entertainment globally and a curiosity for how technology will enable new experiences that wow audiences.8+ years of experience leading brand and marketing initiatives. A mix of agency and in-house experience preferred. Entertainment and technology brand experience preferred.Experience leading and project managing a wide variety of creative outputs, from brand design, to integrated campaigns, to social content and IRL experiences.Excellent communicator, able to clearly articulate goals, plans, ideas, and results, with a proven ability to guide and inspire cross-functional partners.Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with flexibility to pivot plans as business needs change and opportunities arise.Highly collaborative with infectious enthusiasm and openness to new ideas/solutions.Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage workload.Accountable and detail-oriented, from planning to execution and analysis of results.Pay Range:
