HKS is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team.Specializes in marketing for a select region or practice. Collaborates withpractice leaders on marketing strategies, target clients and projectpursuits. Manages and creates pursuit submissions and marketing collateral.Collaborates on project photography, content and public relations. Possessesand applies a broad knowledge of marketing practices and procedures tocomplete assignments with integrity and creativity. Seeks opportunities toprovide support that achieves firm values and goals. Anticipates jobexpectations and contributes to strategic marketing solutions.Responsibilities:Works closely with studio leaders to support their business developmentprogram as the go-to and trusted source for business development effortsMonitors target client information with practice leaders, BusinessDevelopment and CRM system to assist with proactive marketing strategiesCollaborates with Business Development on competitive intelligence, clientand competition research as needed to support pursuit effortsManages the pursuit submission process with pursuit team on go/no-goefforts, pursuit requirements, scheduling, assignments and maintains deadlinesManages and creates qualifications packages, proposals submissions andinterview collateral including content and graphics (writing/editing textand design layouts) working within firm brand standardsProvides strategic thinking related to marketing outreach: brochures,qualification packages, fee proposals and presentationsActs as a liaison for internal and external communications of practicemarketing news and developmentsManages project information, stories and milestones for use in materials,case studies, PR, social media, eMarketing, etc. Tracks projectmilestones for grand openings, groundbreakings, completion,photography, etc. and collaborates with MarCom on related actionsWorks with photography manager and project teams to determine level ofphotography needed, associated costs and shoot detailsCollaborates with practice leadership and conference teams to coordinatepractice conference messaging and speaking topicsCollaborates with practice leadership and award submission teams to trackaward submission platforms, key projects for submission, deadlines andsubmission requirementsMaintains and manages boiler plate information with marketing teamCreates, maintains and updates marketing resource materials working with themarketing resource managerUpdates and maintains information within firm's project database systemAssists teams in submissions for accreditation, fellowships honors and awardsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing or related degreeTypically with 5+ years of marketing experiencePrevious experience with A/E/C firm preferredProficiency in InDesignExperience in Photoshop and Illustrator preferredProficiency in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of and interest in architecture/interior designExcellent writing skills with experience in graphically designed page layoutsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to excellenceExcellent project management, interpersonal skills and the ability tointeract with all levels of staff and customers; ability to forge trustingrelationships within a diverse teamStrong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects atthe same timeAbility to communicate and present ideas in a clear, concise andprofessional manner both verbally and in writingAbility to problem solve and apply innovative solutionsAbility to work and collaborate in a team environment, and ability to workindependently and prioritize workAbility to effectively meet deadlines at expected qualityTravel may be required.Base Salary Range: $70k - $100k annually - Denver locations onlyThe estimate displayed represents he general base salary range of candidateshired in Denver and Los Angeles locations only.
