Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the state bar in California.2-5 years of law firm experience, with a focus on finance transactions.Specific experience in acquisition finance is preferred.Strong understanding of financial and business concepts.Certifications
Active membership in the California State Bar.Skills
