We all win together.YOUR IMPACTAs an Instructional Designer you’ll create courses and content that will engage, instruct, and impact the entire organization!What You’ll DoThe Instructional Designer’s primary duty is to collaborate in the planning, design, and implementation of xAPI courses and xAPI/pdf guides. The role involves consulting with multiple teams to identify content goals and application of evidence-based instructional strategies with measurable results.Assists in the development of content from existing materials and SME tribal knowledge for delivery of face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses.Assists with conversion of face-to-face courses to hybrid and online formats.Assists in the creation of professional development workshops.Assists in administrating our learning management system (Playerlync) and supporting LMS requests.Other tasks as requested.Mastery of Articulate/Storyline/Rise suite.Adept with Adobe Creative Suite tools.The Instructional Designer will report to the Curriculum and Learning Integration Manager and work directly with the Learning & Development and Organizational Development teams.Who You AreHUMBLE:
