The Director of Retail Marketing will oversee the Retail and RSVP Marketing program. You are responsible for meeting or exceeding goals for the following: leads booked, leads issued, revenue, cost of marketing, cost per lead issued, set rate and hours per demo within budget and policy guidelines. The Director of Retail Marketing will educate, stimulate, and guide teammate activity, behavior and results. They will also ensure that all teammates provide world-class service.Attractive compensation package includes Base, Bonus, comprehensive Benefits, and Incentives - $100k-$150k totalWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE

Lead efforts for growth and expansion of events, home shows, and retail marketingResearch and book events and home showsResearch and approach potential retail location partnersLook for areas of opportunities for potential partnershipsActively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates.Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with teamConduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammatesCreate monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of events, home shows, rsvp events, retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per demo (HPD), set rate, etc.WHAT YOU'LL BRING - THE PERSON

High School Diploma or equivalent preferredAt least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role requiredExcellent team relations, empathetic & personable skillsExceptional communication skillsExceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large teamKnowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at handMust be able to organize & prioritizeAbility to adapt well and accept/ give feedback in a changing environmentAbility to work independentlyMust be willing to travel to applicable events/ retail locations as well as multiple office locationsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU - THE BENEFITS
