, handles cases in various areas including maritime law, general casualty, construction, workers' compensation, insurance coverage issues, and energy claims.Job Description:Assist in all phases of litigation, including initial file review, preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and assisting with trial activities.Develop critical skills in litigation practice.Convey ideas and strategy effectively with colleagues and clients.This is not a remote or hybrid position; in-office collaboration is essential.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of practice experience preferred, though all levels of experience will be considered.Experience in civil litigation defense is preferred.Strong teamwork ethic.Why This is a Great Opportunity:Competitive salary: $85k - $90k straight out of school; up to $130k for 4-5 years of experience. 5+ years is depending on experience.Excellent benefits including 100% medical coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, and 401k profit sharing with a 3% match after 1 year.Free parking.Opportunity for individual growth and collaboration in a supportive team environment.Unless noted above, applicants MUST be authorized to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
