to join our small-but-mighty team. AIISF is the primary nonprofit organization working with Angel Island State Park on preservation and education related to the former US immigration station at Angel Island. From 1910-1940, the site was used to detain, interrogate, and process over 500,000 persons from 80 different countries. Most of these immigrants were from Asian and Pacific countries. Reporting to the Administrative Director, the Administrative Coordinator will assist with various administrative duties related to a wide range of AIISF activities including (but not limited to) day-to-day operations, finance, fundraising, programs, and communications. This position is primarily located in the San Francisco Bay Area and may require traveling to AIISF’s office in downtown San Francisco, Angel Island State Park, and other off-site locations as required by the job.
