Summary of PositionThe successful candidate will lead landscape architecture projects and collaborate across disciplines with architects, master planners, and interior designers in a team environment. This position requires strong communication skills both internally and externally with clients and consultants. Projects include resorts, high-end multi-family developments, master-planned communities & parks design.
Primary Responsibilities
Provides design and production support on all phases of a project
Responsible for taking the lead role in design
Client & Contractor contact
Coordinate & manage all resources working on a project
Responsible for design to meet client criteria
Perform in-house plan checks
Shepard plans through agency approval process
Sketchup and/or Enscape presentation plans
Role Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
Minimum 2 years experience using AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-Up and/or Enscape
Proven track record with multi-family, mixed-use, master plans or parks
Working knowledge of construction plans and construction techniques
Presentation skills (verbal & graphic)
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work as a team or independently
Organized
