What you'll doDocusign is looking for Senior Software Engineers to join our development team in Seattle. This position will be part of a team working on Docusign's Unified Experiences. The team is focused on delivering reusable end-customer experiences to internal Docusign teams and external developer experiences including related App Model configurations.This position will demand critical thinking skills, ability to quickly understand existing systems, and the ability to work in agile environments. The individual will primarily be building for developers; an understanding of the developer ecosystem and an empathy for developers is valuable. If you have all that and a passion for building quality experiences to make it easier for customers to manage their agreement process, then we want to talk to you!This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering.ResponsibilitiesThink about how to solve problems in scaleDevelop high-quality, ship-ready code that is covered by a full test suiteDesign and develop component-based and scalable user interfaces and core functionality to allow customer administrators the ability to construct simple business processes without having to have coding expertiseWork with Product Management and other developers to understand and translate marketing requirements into design requirements and provide estimates for developmentWork as part of a cross-site development team to drive design, implementation, testing, and release of products
What you bringBasicBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics or equivalent8+ years development experience or equivalentExperience working with Javascript, TypeScript, React, Redux, or other modern programming languagesPreferredExperience with the entire software development lifecycle, including version control (git), CICD pipelines, testing, and regional cloud deploymentsExperience debugging high-priority production issuesExperience working in an Agile or Scrum environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, prioritize your work and manage your own timeA passion to learn new software technologies

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $151,800.00 - $245,150.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $145,800.00 - $205,950.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $145,800.00 - $214,350.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
