Federal Class Action Attorney
to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in class action litigation and a passion for representing
plaintiffs
in federal court.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage consumer class action lawsuits from inception through resolution.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Represent plaintiffs in federal court proceedings, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Communicate with clients to provide legal advice and updates on case status.Collaborate with co-counsel and experts to develop case strategy and theories.Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.Stay current on developments in class action law and regulations.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
QualificationsJuris Doctor degree and active bar membership in California.Five (5)+ years of experience practicing law, with a focus on class action litigation.Strong knowledge of federal civil procedure and class action law.Proven track record of success in federal court, including experience managing complex litigation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior attorneys.
Salary$130,000 - $145,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications
