General Liability Associate
to join its expanding team in California. This remote position offers an excellent opportunity for defense attorneys, offering generous bonuses and a true work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:
Manage an active caseload autonomously from start to resolution.Conduct and defend depositions involving parties and experts.Draft, prepare, and argue motions for summary judgment.Lead and oversee jury and bench trials in state and federal courts.Handle motion and discovery practice and engage in appellate practice.Foster consistent, professional communication with clients throughout the litigation process.Qualifications:
A California bar license is required.Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.Exceptional communication skills.Experience in public entity defense litigation is a plus.Trial experience is a plus.Benefits:
