We are currently seeking a mid-level family law attorney to support our
Bay Area office's
Family Law Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have between 8-10 years of family law experience. The job is remote with occasional travel for hearings.
Responsibilities
Prepare Declarations of DisclosureDraft and review legal documents related to family law such as stipulations and marital settlement agreements.Provide legal advice and guidance to clientsCollaborate with clients, their partners, and other attorneys to negotiate and finalize agreementsConduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulationsAnalyze complex financial documents, such as tax returns, financial statements, corporate documentsMaintain accurate and organized client files and documentationProvide support to other attorneys as neededRequirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to the California State Bar and in good standingBetween 8-10 years of experience practicing family lawAbility to manage a caseload on their own and meet deadlines efficientlyStrong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and legal principlesExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in legal research tools and technologyDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client confidentiality and discretionStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain client relationshipsExperience working with high-net-worth clients and complex financial arrangementsA career at our law firm is an opportunity to do exciting work with a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm.
