With rapid technological advancements, the volume of data generated within our organization has grown exponentially. This surge in data, coupled with the increasing use of artificial intelligence (AI), has created additional opportunities in our eDiscovery capability.

We are looking for self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative eDiscovery professionals who can manage aspects of the eDiscovery process, from collection to production, in compliance with legal and industry standards and best practices. You will work closely with our legal team, outside counsel, IT team, vendors, and clients to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of eDiscovery services. You will also develop and implement eDiscovery strategy, policies, and procedures for the organization, and provide training and guidance to the staff on eDiscovery topics and issues. Additionally, you will support the HR and Compliance organizations with internal investigations and work with internal technology owners and counsel to assess the litigation risks of new and emerging technologies.

We are seeking the right individual(s) that will thrive at Koch and enhance our eDiscovery capabilities. The positions we are looking to fill could be any of these eDiscovery roles including: attorney, program manager, paralegal, analyst, specialist, technology manager – our primary focus is on finding the right talent, not just a specific title.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in an eDiscovery role

JD from an accredited law school and are an active member of a state bar and in good standing

Proficiency in using various eDiscovery tools and platforms, such as Disco, RelOne, Reveal and Microsoft 365.

Expertise in eDiscovery law, technology, and practice, including the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Sedona Principles, and the EDRM framework.

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in an eDiscovery role, preferably in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Proficiency in using various eDiscovery tools and platforms, such as Disco, RelOne, Reveal and Microsoft 365.

Expertise in eDiscovery law, technology, and practice, including the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Sedona Principles, and the EDRM framework.
