InfraHire is looking for an Associate Litigation Attorney in Tampa, FL
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney who is ready to take the lead on cases and earn based upon results. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, negotiation, and other tasks related to labor and employment law. Managing cases, litigating, and making decisions for clients and the firm on the legal strategies.
QualificationsStrong understanding of civil proceduresMotivated by a desire to earn money and be compensated based upon performanceAbility to do independent legal researchEffective negotiation skillsPrepare and file lawsuits, and challenge defensesSkilled in taking depositionsAbility to develop witnessesExcellent writing skills, including motionsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a teamBachelor's degree and JD degree from an accredited law schoolAt least 2 years of experience in litigation of civil matters including taking depositionsLicense to practice law in Florida or GeorgiaExperience in federal litigation a plusWilling to put the time into the cases and be responsible for the client and resultsMust be able to start in January 2024
