The ideal candidate will have 2 years of real estate law experience with strong knowledge of SEC regulations. The role will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients on a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. Experienced in construction contracting and related development to join our Real Estate Group. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education
