Senior Accountant Consultant (CPA)
Location: San Diego, CASchedule: Full TimePay: $40-$55/hour
Our client is seeking a CPA to add to their team.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.Coordinate and support the annual audit process.Mentor and guide junior accounting staff.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.CPA certification required.3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
