Search Status: Application material received by August 30, 2024 will receive primary consideration.The Associate/Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete and Leadership Development is directly responsible to the Provost (or designee) and the Director of Athletics to coordinate all aspects of the NCAA Student-Athlete Affairs program while providing for academic success and leadership development of student-athletes. The Associate/Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete and Leadership Development oversees the Student Athlete Academic Services Office which includes the Associate Director of Student-Athlete Academic Services, and the Head Coaches of assigned sports, and Assistant Coaches of assigned sports. The Associate/Assistant Director oversees all aspects of a successful academic advising, monitoring and leadership development program. The Associate/Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete and Leadership Development will also serve in sport administration and event management and represent Saint Francis on the appropriate Northeast Conference, NCAA and N4A Committees.The successful candidate must have a commitment to and responsibility for adhering to all rules and regulations of Saint Francis University, the NEC and the NCAA. In addition, the candidate must understand and actively support the mission of the Department of Athletics and Saint Francis University.Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Excellent computer, organization, and communication skills are necessary. Related experience, preferably at the NCAA Division I university or professional level, required.Apply on line at
