As a Restaurants and Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of the food service operation. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests are provided with excellent service and our team members are upholding Levy's hospitality standards. You will supervise associates and support financial responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Maintaining positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits and executing show quality standardsPromotes a positive work environment through hiring/selection of team members, maximizing productivity and morale through team member engagement, and maintaining appropriate staffing levels per business needsMaintains state, federal and business compliance, including but not limited to responsible alcohol service guidelines, safety and sanitation standards, and client requirementsExecutes all menu requirements and fulfills all guest-specific service requestsHolds team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest serviceEnsures team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobsPlans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the cafeConducts regularly scheduled meetings to ensure lines of communication are open between management and team membersEnsures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standardsOperates within the budget and identifies new ways to improve the businessManages cafe operationsDisplays a positive attitude towards team membersPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management is preferred5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational positionExperience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operationsOperational knowledge of cash handling procedures and food service equipmentProficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internetServSafe or Department of Health Certification is preferredCurious about Life at Levy?
