Summary:
As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day premium service operations of a small to medium volume location. You will manage and lead a team of associates, and will be responsible for talent development, managing client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Works with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food.Overseeing all aspects of premium operationEnsuring the recruitment and training of team members in our standards and proceduresWorking with the location leadership team to continual drive improvements in guest satisfaction and financial resultsDriving engagement within the premium departmentAttending BEO meetings to plan for upcoming eventsWorking in partnership with other departments to ensure accurate completion of the requisition processEnsuring all appropriate alcohol service signage is placed and that Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols are followedHolding pre-shift meetings to set the tone for eventsPromotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and moraleTeams unit to meet operational needsPerforms other duties as assigned.Qualifications:1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.Strong leadership and communication skills.Financial experience and business acumen skills.Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.Associate’s degree is preferred.Curious about Life at Levy?
