Senior Associate Attorney

A law firm in Emeryville, CA, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney with substantial experience in class action employment matters, focusing on wage and hour, PAGA claims, and FLSA claims. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in wage and hour, class and collective actions, possess exceptional writing skills, and have extensive experience in taking/defending depositions and arguing in court.
