Join our diverse team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight!This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams and locations.As part of a unique, passionate, and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin, you will provide technical support in the development, and enhancements of our TA system processes. You will collaborate with our Sr. Product Manager and other members of TA Ops to define requirements for workflow configuration, and partner with the Workday Application Support Team and the HR Analytics team to test system functionality and define data/report requirements. You will have strong interpersonal and written communication skills and be able to operate successfully with other team members.

Additional special projects and analysis may be assigned by management. You will be

reporting to the Sr. Manager of TA Processes, Compliance and Systems Support.Responsibilities:Provide support to users with complex systems-related inquiries (e.g., issues, systems/usability, ATS/CRM functionality, and processes); resolve escalated support requests as appropriate.Partner with Sr. Product Manager and members of TA Ops to evaluate system needs to meet changing business requirements.Work closely with other subject matter experts to analyze data flows for process improvement opportunities, define data integrity and system requirements, and testing of system changes.Establish appropriate auditing and monitoring of HR data to ensure system accuracy.Define requirements for process audits with system solutionsIdentify and implement opportunities to streamline processes to improve efficiency and achieve outstanding customer service.Partner with the Workday Application Support and ET teams to configure and test changes to ATS and integrations with HRIS and troubleshoot and correct issues when they arise.Ensure the system enhancements are in-line with business needs and in compliance with audit requirements.Coordinate with functional leaders to test and prepare for system updates.Qualifications:5+ years of experience and competency in troubleshooting, analysis and problem-solving strategies to address complex customer inquiriesAttention to detail with strong technical skillsAbility to multi-task and overcome obstacles with innovation to meet critical deadlinesAbility to understand business goals and recommend new tools or processes to facilitate continuous improvementsStrong customer orientation and communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly with both technical and functional audiencesStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and human capital management systemsAbility to work in a rapid and complex changing work environmentMust be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylumDesired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related business area is preferredExpertise in Workday, Jira, or similar ATS and ticketing systemsCompensation Range for:CO applicants is $99,330.00-$139,062.00;WA applicants is $108,360.00-$151,704.00
