The candidate will collaborate closely with a Partner certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates, and contribute to the firm's provision of services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries.Duties:Conduct comprehensive estate planning for individuals, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and related legal documents.Provide expert advice on estate and gift taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Oversee estate and trust administration, managing processes efficiently and accurately.Collaborate with a Partner to develop and implement strategic solutions for clients.Interact with charitable organizations, foundations, banks, and trust companies on behalf of clients.Requirements:5-15 years of relevant experience in estate planning, gift taxation, and trust administration.International estate planning experience is a significant advantage.Membership or willingness to become a member of the Florida Bar.LLM in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.LLM in Tax or Estate Planning (preferred).Certifications:Membership in the Florida Bar.Skills:In-depth knowledge of estate planning, gift taxation, and trust administration.Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.Job Location:
