Our team in Corporate IT is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join them. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Time and Labor Application (Autotime – UKG) and all interfaces with Workday (HR) and the ERPs (SAP/MBS/LN).

You will report to the Director, Enterprise Applications and will have a hybrid work schedule in East Aurora, NY.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:Document process and information requirements in support of internal and external customer initiatives.Evaluate the business objectives that require new or enhanced processes or systems as well as final solution recommendations.Provide analytical support to business users and other IT personnel to determine specific problem areas, and conduct research for the identification, evaluation and implementation of possible solutions.Serve as the liaison between IT personnel and business departments or external vendors.Contribute to the development of, and adhere to, Moog standards of structured processes for the change management processes necessary for the successful design, development, testing and deployment of systems.Lead the user preparation and participation in requirements gathering workshops including business goals, processes, decision criteria, and user requirements.Work in collaboration with the Solution Architect and Project Manager to help guide the customer to a solution that will meet the requirements while aiming to stay within the boundaries of the project timeline, budget and technical solution complexity.

Salary Information:The base pay range for this opportunity is $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, competitive 401K plan with enhanced matching program, and many region-specific benefits.
