As a Staff Analyst at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible for providing administrative support for leads and staff members, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Duties involve coordinating program activities, including:Arrange appointments/meetings (e.g. with customers, interviews, administrative reviews) for project leadershipMaintain shared schedules across multiple corporate networksLeads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/eventsOrganize information, create and track action items, follow up with internal staffPrepare financial, deliverable and new business reportsManage data and document exchange activities internally and with various customersOrder and track supplies, materials, and equipmentCoordinate internal resources such as office spaceOrganize, coordinate and support staff morale events, office communications, notices, memos and announcementsFacilitate administrative on-boarding of new project personnelCollaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational trainingCoordinate and support visits from corporate and customer personnelWhat Makes BI&A Different:As a fully owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, BI&A offers an optimal mix of a small company environment with exceptional opportunities supported by a large corporation.Every day, Boeing Intelligence & Analytics supports global missions by building and delivering intelligence, analytics, and cyber solutions that enable users to advance national security. We have current open positions on awarded programs across diverse customer sets and are anticipating upcoming contract awards with a 5-year life cycle and an additional 5 option years.Our diverse portfolio allows our employees to move to other projects and teams as they gain further proficiency in their current skill set and learn new skill sets along the way.We offer hands-on access to cutting-edge technologies and a culture of technical excellence.Experience and Qualifications:To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:Required Education and Years of Experience:Bachelors Degree or relevant experience6+ years administrative or analytic experienceDemonstrated ability to coordinate multiple assignments, establish priorities and complete tasks in a timely mannerDemonstrated ability to learn internal processes, interface with external customers and work effectively with othersProficient with PC Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity or willingness to learn SharePoint and Microsoft ProjectRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI with Polygraph within last 5-yearsMust be able to communicate effectively and professionally with people; must have friendly, “can do” attitudeUS citizenship or permanent resident status requiredKnowledge of office protocols including ability to interface with a wide variety of people and personalities (co-workers, technical staff, customers, director) requiredWorking knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredDesired Qualifications:Working knowledge of productivity tools Jira and ConfluenceUnderstanding of scheduling and organizational tools (SharePoint, MS Project)Experience with property and inventory managementWork Schedule:
