Staff Analyst

Why This is an Exciting Role:

As a Staff Analyst at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for leads and staff members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Duties involve coordinating program activities, including:

Arrange appointments/meetings (e.g. with customers, interviews, administrative reviews) for project leadership

Maintain shared schedules across multiple corporate networks

Lead the design, logistics, and facilitation of large meetings/events

Organize information, create and track action items, and follow up with internal staff

Prepare financial, deliverable, and new business reports

Manage data and document exchange activities internally and with various customers

Order and track supplies, materials, and equipment

Coordinate internal resources such as office space

Organize, coordinate and support staff morale events, office communications, notices, memos, and announcements

Facilitate administrative onboarding of new project personnel

Collaborate with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers to deploy broad organizational training

Coordinate and support visits from corporate and customer personnel

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience

10+ years administrative or analytic experience

Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple assignments, establish priorities, and complete tasks in a timely manner

Demonstrated ability to learn internal processes, interface with external customers, and work effectively with others

Proficient with PC Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and familiarity or willingness to learn SharePoint and Microsoft Project

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph within the last 5 years

Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with people; must have a friendly, “can do” attitude

US citizenship or permanent resident status required

Knowledge of office protocols including the ability to interface with a wide variety of people and personalities (co-workers, technical staff, customers, director) required

Working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

Desired Qualifications:

Working knowledge of productivity tools Jira and Confluence

Understanding of scheduling and organizational tools (SharePoint, MS Project)

Experience with property and inventory management

Work Schedule:

40 hr/wk; core hours of 11 am – 5 pm ET required

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
