As a Salesforce Consultant, you will help design, configure, code, test, implement, enhance and support clients on their Salesforce platform.In addition to being responsible for developing high-performing solutions on the Salesforce platform, this resource will be able to provide advanced business analysis functions, conduct needs assessments, configure apps as required, and assist in other key functions involving client and staff development, training, and ongoing client support.Core Traits We Are Seeking

Implement custom Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practicesExecute custom Salesforce platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components), integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools) and complex data migrationsOwn and execute complex Salesforce configuration and customization centric scope to support process automationBuild and extend the Salesforce platform using process builder, flows, and workflow rulesAssist in documenting and validating application code against unit tests, security tests, and profiling toolsAssist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during different stages of project deliverySupport processes promoting data integrity, data governance and complianceWith project leadership, assist in the estimation of work effort and set a realistic schedule for developmentMentor junior employees and teach clients the basics of Salesforce development and usageQualifications, Skills & Credentials
Basic QualificationsPreferred bachelor’s degree with technical focus, but other degrees will be considered with applicable experienceA minimum of 1-year experience with technical customization on the Salesforce platform, which should include: Lightning Components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools (I.e., Process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)Minimum of 1-year experience in one of the following specialty clouds: Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, CPQ, or Data CloudPreferred SkillsExperience with common JavaScript frameworks, such as Angular JS, React, etc.Experience developing for Salesforce Communities (I.e., Experience Cloud) and Lightning App BuilderAbility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be a creative technical leader within a teamKnowledge of Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS, iPaaS) and Salesforce, either through work with industry participants or consulting to the industryExperience with Einstein, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau Analytics is preferredA minimum of 1-year experience with programming Languages – APEX, VisualforceExperience with VS Code, Eclipse, GitHub, CI/CD is preferredPreferred Salesforce CredentialsSalesforce Platform App Builder CertificationSalesforce Platform Developer I CertificationSalesforce Lightning Component Framework Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge)Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge)Experience is not needed across everything as Kenway is able to offer training, help and guidance to build additional skills.What our Company looks like
