Our client, a leading global conglomerate, is seeking a talented Director of Corporate Finance to join their team. As the Director of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, providing strategic guidance, and driving financial performance.
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, evaluate investment opportunities, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectivesOversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysisEvaluate investment opportunities and provide recommendationsMonitor and manage cash flows and working capitalEnsure compliance with financial regulations and ethicsLead and develop a high-performing team of finance professionalsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in corporate finance or a similar roleIn-depth knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecastingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesExceptional communication and presentation skillsExperience in the executive search industry is a plusBenefits:Competitive salary package. ($250K - $270k)Annual bonus of 25%
