Business Technology Integrators (BTI) seeks a Contract Program Manager to oversee this SOW.
This position shall assist the organization in achieving its program priorities by providing program management oversight to contractor staff, and report status and issues to the Contracting Officers Representative (COR). This position shall be responsible for developing and maintaining a combined project schedule (as appropriate) for project tasks under the security program, reporting on programmatic risk, and assuring quality.
Responsibilities:
Meet monthly (at a minimum) with the Cybersecurity leadership team to review the Monthly Contract Status Report, which is due 15 calendar days after the reporting period ends. Oversee and coordinate efforts for all contractor personnel supporting this contract. Serve as point of contact between the contractor staff and COR, or other duly authorized representative of the Government, under the Contract. Execute technical assignments issued within the terms and conditions of the contract. Provide timely updates to Cybersecurity leadership and COR of any problems or concerns. Respond to and correct project related issues, including issues related to program staffing. Qualifications:
Ten (10) or more years of experience in an advanced program management role supporting the Federal government. Experience includes budget forecasting, workforce management and overall program management leadership. Exceptional leadership, communication, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Possess a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Bachelor's degree in business management or related field is required, Master's degree preferred.
