As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in our shared success.Are you a Strategic Relationship Builder? You'll collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.Do You Excel at Talent Strategy? You'll oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and pre-boarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.Are You an Advocate for Diversity and Inclusion?You'll champion equitable hiring practices and foster an inclusive environment.This role is located within our HR Shared Services Center, where collaboration drives success.Which tasks will you perform?Strategically support the business and consult with key stakeholders to attract, identify, and select superior talent.Lead the full cycle recruiting process for open positions to effectively and efficiently source and place the best talent for our organization, while meeting our dynamic business needs.Partner with hiring managers to fill their openings while providing a superior experience.Leverage all recruiting resources and technologies to reach our key performance indicators.Participate in and contribute to high-level discussions regarding headcount adds, replacements, and overall people strategy.Partner with strategically selected colleges and universities regarding early career recruiting.Liaise and support external staffing agencies in the interview process and hiring of temporary/contract workers.Look for and implement process improvements related to attracting and selecting talent.Participate in various projects and initiatives with the Talent Acquisition team and the broader Shared Service team - both within the US and globally.What do we expect from you?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate settingStrong strategic thinking and consulting skills to support business needs and stakeholder engagementProven ability to lead full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and pre-boardingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partnersProficiency in using recruiting resources and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platformsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and meet key performance indicatorsExperience in identifying and implementing process improvements in talent acquisitionOccasional travel, as needed (typically around 5%)What can you expect from us?Family-owned, highly committed global company with a sustainable vision of the future.Lifelong learning encouraged by versatile training, tuition reimbursement, success coaching, and further education opportunities.Comprehensive benefit package (to include medical, dental, vision) and 401(k) savings with company match.Compensation is competitive and includes bonus opportunities.Work-life balance encouraged through our 10 company-paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave, employee assistance programs (financial, mental, and physical health and wellbeing), and employee discounts.Employees work in a safety-first, climate controlled, clean manufacturing facility with utilization of Lean practices and ergonomic workstations to enhance productivity and comfort.On-site amenities such as cafeteria, gym, health clinic, and ergonomic support, to foster a convenient and health-conscious workplace environment.How do you apply?To apply we kindly ask you to upload your documents on our career page.
