Full-Time Employment (40 hours per week)What We Offer:Competitive Compensation & BenefitsCollaborative and Flexible Work EnvironmentResponsibilities:Advise clients on matters involving real estate, zoning, and land use in the City of Chicago, Cook, Lake and DuPage County, including but not limited to, property acquisition, zoning, development, code compliance, and dispute resolution.Conduct comprehensive zoning analyses and provide strategic counsel on land use regulations, zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, development agreements, annexations, and other related matters.Represent clients before municipal and county boards on rezoning petitions, variances, special use permits, and appeals related to zoning and building determinations.Represent clients in land use litigation.Represent clients at administrative hearings throughout the Chicagoland area.Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and planners, to ensure the client’s project moves along efficiently.Qualifications:You are an Illinois licensed attorney, in good standing.You have at least 5 years of experience in zoning, land use litigation, municipal law, eminent domain, entitlements, and development agreements.You are comfortable representing clients before a wide range of municipal and county boards and commissions on zoning matters, as well as in administrative hearings and land use litigation.You are ethical, professional, courteous, and highly reliable.You possess strong writing, negotiation, and public speaking skills.You have experience negotiating with local municipalities, neighboring owners, and neighborhood organizations.You have a reliable mode of transportation and are comfortable attending meetings and hearings throughout Chicagoland.Compensation:

$100,000 - $130,000 yearly
