The Mountain West Series of Lockton Companies is looking for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our growing Administrative team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, thrive in a fast pace environment, and are results-oriented, Lockton would like to hear from you!Position responsibilities:The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to Producers/Sales Professionals.This individual will manage calendars and schedule meetings and appointments, as requested.Arrange for meeting rooms, food/beverages, lunch reservations, etc., as necessary.Prepare a variety of correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents.Responsible for all expense report related activities such as receipt collection and follow-up, preparation and submission of expense reports, and credit card billing reconciliation.Perform other work-related duties as assigned.Qualifications

Position qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a business-related program or equivalent education and/or experience preferred.Three to five years of previous administrative and/or sales support experience supporting a minimum of two individuals required.Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required; PowerPoint desired.Strong attention to detail required.Legally able to work in the United States.If you are ready to experience the Lockton difference, APPLY NOW!Equal Opportunity Statement
