Regional Practice - Strategic appointment of an experienced Private Client solicitor to lead an established team.Superb opportunity for an experienced Private Client specialist to lead a team within a professionally managed and successful practice. Recent changes to the management structure and new investment have created these new opportunities.The Private Client team, comprising a number of qualified lawyers, paralegals, and support staff, provides a comprehensive range of services including:WillsAsset Protection and Estate PlanningProbate and Estate AdministrationDeeds of VariationAdvising Trustees with all aspects of trust managementIHT calculationsElderly Client AdviceCapacity and Powers of AttorneyWe would be delighted to hear from Private Client specialists with not less than 7 years’ PQE who are ambitious and looking to play a key and pivotal role. Ideally, you will be STEP qualified and have experience of supervising and mentoring.The management team provides strong leadership and a direct style of management while promoting a supportive and collegiate environment. This is a friendly, well-humoured, and highly professional firm, where there are lots of social, community support, and team-building events.While this role does not require a following, our client is looking to appoint a private client specialist who is ambitious and commercially astute.
