A regarded Liverpool-based law firm is seeking an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload involving Court of Protection cases, including but not limited to managing finances and personal welfare for clients who lack the capacity to do so themselves.Provide expert legal advice on Probate, Wills, Trusts, and Estate/Tax Planning, ensuring the highest level of service for high-net-worth individuals.Offer comprehensive legal support and services for clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.Engage in business development activities to contribute to the growth and success of the department and firm.Requirements:
A minimum of five years post-qualification experience (PQE) in handling Court of Protection matters and related areas.Proven track record of handling court of protection cases, with extensive experience in Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Services for the Elderly.Experience in property law is advantageous but not required.Benefits:
