We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Draft, review, and amend a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, and healthcare directives.Provide expert advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, trusts, probate, and tax law.Develop and implement effective wealth preservation strategies to protect clients' assets and minimize tax liabilities.Navigate the probate process, representing clients in court where necessary.Conduct comprehensive research on legal issues, case laws, and industry trends to provide informed advice to clients.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in estate planning, probate, and tax laws.Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional customer service and ensuring their estate planning needs are met.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of legal proceedings.Qualifications

Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 4 years of experience in estate planning, trusts, probate, and tax law.Current license to practice law in the state.Proven experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and power of attorney.Strong knowledge of tax law and wealth preservation planning strategies.Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents.Strong research skills, with the ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide informed advice.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Proficient in legal research tools and software.
