In addition, the candidate must have proven experience directing and driving the success of multiple engagements, managing budgetary and time constraints, and delivering a high-level of client satisfaction.YOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:Minimum 10+ years of work experience in another public accounting firmGovCon or commercial experience preferredExceptional analytical, technical, and auditing skills including knowledge in US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB rules and standardsBachelor’s or Masters Degree in accounting requiredCPA licensure requiredExceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationshipsStrong leadership and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent written interpersonal, and presentation skillsDemonstrates an Entrepreneurial spiritStrong experience using Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of audit software such as CaseWare or CCHExceptional organizational and communication (verbal and written) skillsStudies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
