$150,000.00 - $200,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp./Equity - Range may vary based on experience.ABOUT THE JOBThe Senior Director, Experiential Flagship Events will lead OneStream's Flagship customer and developer conference event portfolio with a hyperfocus on implementing strategic ideas to drive pipeline growth and acceleration, world-class customer experiences, customer adoption, and brand awareness in the market.The position will be responsible for designing high-impact event strategies and experiences that drive awareness, customer adoption, convert demand, and boost community engagement. In addition, you will operationalize innovation and drive B2B technology event marketing; this role is all about creating compelling experiences that align with commercial business objectives and outcomes.This senior role will elevate our existing programs by implementing strategies and continually identifying areas of opportunity to evolve them over time to drive big and unique experiences. This role will lead event programs across COEs within the event space, leading and coaching a matrixed team to devise and manage a flawless experience within a fast-paced environment.RESPONSIBILITIESPrimary Responsibilities:Strategic Event Planning:

Develop a strategic vision and global roadmap for our flagship proprietary customer and developer conferences that align with our corporate awareness and demand generation goals and community learning objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership, field marketing, sales, customer success, product management, and product marketing to identify key themes, messaging, and target audiences for events. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.Team Leadership & Development:

Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership across the event strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Identify training and development opportunities to help the team grow their expertise.Strategic Event Program Marketing:

Craft a compelling narrative for the event, identifying key content supporting the narrative, and coordinating an integrated multi-channel communication plan across digital, media, social media, internal enablement, and activation. Lead pre-event promotions alongside an audience acquisition strategy to hit registration and attendance targets.Budget Planning & Forecasting:

Partner with FP&A business partners to own budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial goals are met and resources are allocated effectively.Vendor Management:

Identify and manage relationships with external vendors. Negotiate contracts, oversee budgets, and ensure high-quality partnerships globally.Measurement & Optimization:

Work with our marketing and revenue operations teams to track the return on investment of our flagship events. Conduct post-event debriefs and analysis to gather insights for continuous improvement.Technology Integration:

Leverage technology and event management platforms to streamline event planning and execution.Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure that events comply with legal and regulatory requirements and manage potential risks associated with event participation.Industry Trends and Research:

Stay current with industry trends and innovations in customer adoption and event marketing to keep the company's strategies competitive.Formal Education and Certification:Minimum 10+ years of professional work experience in event marketing, preferably in a B2B, high-tech, high-growth environment (Public Company experience strongly preferred).Knowledge and Experience:Experience driving large-scale conferences, including audience acquisition, sponsorship sales, content and breakout programs.Experience with B2B software marketing and events management (SaaS experience preferred).Proven track record of establishing data-driven event strategies, setting KPIs, and tracking ROI.Proficiency in event management software, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.Excellent budget management, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.Personal Attributes:Leadership and Team ManagementStrategic Planning and ExecutionAccount-Based Marketing (ABM)Demand Generation and Pipeline ManagementBudgeting and Resource ManagementMarket Analysis and InsightsCross-Functional CollaborationCommunication and InfluenceCustomer and Partner EngagementLegally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.WHO WE AREOneStream is how today's Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and take finance further by steering the business to the future.
