Director, Strategic Alliances - Global System IntegratorsLocation: US - RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.Benefits Offered: Vision, Medical, Life, Dental, 401KABOUT THE ROLEThe GSI Alliances Director (NA), you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing our Global System Integrator Alliance relationships. The predominance of this role will be the care and feeding of the Global System Integrator in NA to ensure the successful achievement of targeted revenue goals in the region. You will be expected to engage senior leaders at these companies to facilitate the development of solution assets, sales opportunities, the management of existing opportunities, oversight on implementation best practices, communicate product and company messaging, and plan joint marketing and sales activities which align and support the stated goals. You will be given the critical task of taking OneStream's relationship with these firms to the next level.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESFor each relationship, develop, monitor, manage, and achieve co-sell revenue, solution asset development and enablement goals and oversight on best practice implementation standardsIdentify and establish new relationships across the GSI firm to build OneStream champions to influence strategic growth in the AllianceDevelop strategic business growth plans and present to internal OneStream executives and the GSI Alliance teamsWork closely with cross functional teams and engage the firms frequently to ensure OneStream product information and messaging are properly conveyed to the Global System IntegratorBuild practice capacity to provide the foundation for ongoing scalable, sustained growth year-on-yearCoordinate with the OneStream GSI lead & regional sales teams, field marketing, product marketing, product development and strategy teams to align with all firmsEnsure the firms are complying with OneStream Alliance policiesBe the main point of contact for all Alliance communication, including conflict resolutionEnsure the company objectives related to Global System Integrators are achieved and periodically reported to the executive management teamREQUIRED EXPERIENCE8+ years of experience in Partner, Channel or Alliance managementProven success building effective, sustainable working relationships internally and with alliancesStrong ability to build and communicate business rationaleHigh quality organizational skillsProven effectiveness collaborating in small teams and desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving environmentStrong executive presence to keep pace with senior Partners, Principals and Managing Directors at Global System Integrator firmsKnowledge of Global System Integrator firms Go-To-Market strategies and engagement models with technology vendorsUnderstand how to operate in an externally matrixed organizationKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrategic thinker who can innovateDiligentHighly professional and approachable demeanorSelf-starter who is results drivenFlexible and adaptableAbility to manage multiple tasks and responsibilitiesDetail orientedLegally authorized to work for any company in North America without sponsorship.WHO WE AREOneStream is how today's Finance teams can go beyond just reporting on the past and Take Finance Further by steering the business to the future.
