Reading Math Interventionist

We are seeking a dedicated Reading and Math Interventionist to join our team of passionate Christian educators. This role is crucial in enhancing the intellectual, spiritual, and social development of students in grades K-9. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing individualized instruction in reading and math to support students' academic growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging and effective reading and math interventions tailored to students' needs and aligned with the school's mission and values.
- Create a supportive and motivating learning environment that promotes academic achievement while integrating Christian values such as respect, patience, and perseverance.
- Assess and monitor student progress using various methods including observation, assessments, and diagnostic tools to inform instruction and provide targeted support.
- Provide individualized instruction and strategies to address students' strengths and areas for improvement in reading and math.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and other staff members to align interventions with overall curriculum goals and integrate biblical principles into the educational experience.
- Maintain and organize instructional materials and resources, ensuring they are used effectively and safely.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress, offering constructive feedback and guidance while maintaining confidentiality.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay informed about best practices in education and intervention strategies.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant educational standards, safety regulations, and school policies, while embodying Christian values in all aspects of the role.

Requirements:
Born-Again Believer in Jesus Christ
Significant experience in child development using latest education theories and practices
Good creative and artistic teaching abilities
Good patience and flexibility
Strong communication and organizational skills
BA degree in education and/or other relevant license or certificate
ACSI or FLDOE Certification
