Responsibilities

Manage A-Z of EDI and non-EDI order fulfillment, from the allocation of inventory to the delivery of PO’s to retailer DCs for multiple brands and customers

Manage routing of orders in customer portal and in Maesa TMS; troubleshoot to ensure on time delivery

Monitor shipment status and communicate with Sales teams, brokers and warehouses to ensure service levels

Create reporting related to pick up dates and identify any risks to in month shipments

Monitor any issues related to missing ASNs, delayed PODs and work with IT EDI and TMS teams to resolve

Spearhead compliance related tasks in partnership with 3PL and accounting teams to minimize chargebacks related to shipments

Manage transfer orders, sample requests and orders related to out of aisle programs such as displays and endcaps

Create any labels or packing lists as needed in various portals

Oversee work of coordinators

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in supply chain or related fields in consumer goods industry with mass retailers such as Target, Walmart etc.

2+ years of experience with NetSuite modules related to order allocation, fulfillment and shipments

Experience managing multiple warehouses; experience with a recognized EDI platform

Strong Excel knowledge and ability to independently work in a fast paced environment

What We Offer

$80,000/yr - $100,000yr. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This position is eligible for participation in a discretionary bonus plan based on individual and company performance.
