Business Analyst

Job Description:Mandatory Skills:6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Financial services domainGood knowledge of Alternative investments like private equity, hedge funds, managed futures, commodities etc.3+ years of solid experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories.Experience with Agile fast paced weekly/ bi-weekly iterations projectsHighly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams.Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, data mappingExperience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training.Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management.Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goalsBachelor's DegreeGood to have Skills:Experience with JIRAUnderstanding/ Experience of Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, Snowflake etc.Experience in Accounting engines like Investran, GenevaExperience of working with development teamsCertified in Agile (scrum/ Kanban)Job Duties:Participating in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetingsSupporting the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next releaseUnderstanding the requirements and writing user stories, use casesInteract with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects.Participates in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements.Participates in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed.Support UAT, production incident resolutionAbout NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30+ billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
