We are hiring immediately and offering the following:Shift: Full-time with a 4:00am start timeMonday-Friday (Weekends off)Must be 21 years of agePay: $20-$22 per hour - depending on experienceBenefits: Medical (default plan free to employees, spouse, and dependents), Dental and Vision (available first of the month following 30 days of employment)401k with Company matchVacation Pay and Paid Holidays (when scheduled to work)Career advancement opportunities after 6 months of employmentIndependent work environment merchandising on a local route close to homeGold Coast: Voted 2024 Top #5 Workplace by South Florida's Sun SentinelPay Transparency Statement:?The compensation philosophy reflects the Companys reasonable expectation at the time of posting. ?We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. ?Position Summary:The Warehouse Receiving Coordinator performs the essential functions of a warehouse employee in addition to assisting the Supervisor in the areas of receiving, organizing and filing all incoming products and documents.?Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Check incoming shipments and paperwork for accuracy and perform receiving inspection process.Organize all files and paperwork pertaining to incoming productsRelevant experience in receiving and inventory managementAble to work independently and manage multiple tasksKnowledge of warehouse procedures and equipmentAllocate necessary space for stock rotationEnsure all receiving paperwork is properly completed.

Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss controlOversee receiving functions as applicableSecure company assetsSafely and accurately select customer orders, free of damageMeet weekly standards for productivity and accuracyAccurately receive inbound products, replenish and manage inventory as neededPerform basic sanitation duties to maintain a clean and safe environment, such as clearing aisles of debris and stacking empty palletsObserve all safety policies and procedures to meet productivity requirementsProficient in MS officeExceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsOther projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications:Required Skills and Experience:Must be at least 18 years oldMust be able to pass a post-offer background check and drug testMust be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basisMust have a demonstrated attention to detail6 months of related experience in high endurance or highly physical activity or role, such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, landscaping, etc.Experience operating Material Handling Equipment in a multi-temperature environment, forklift certification a plus

Preferred Skills and Experience:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Stocking, product handling, local delivery, or unloading experienceFoodservice distribution, grocery store, or beverage delivery experienceCertified Warehouse Onboarding TrainerProficient Microsoft Office Skills
