HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER/ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACTSeeking Program Manager to support the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) and the Joint Mission Environment Testing Capabilitys (JMETC), and the Test & Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) maintenance and modernization.

Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of external company program(s).

Directs all phases of program(s) from inception through completion. Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints.

Serves as the primary contact for the customer on matters pertaining to the program.

Serves as the contractor's single contract manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.

Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.

Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.

Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.

? Duties typically include:Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area including technical work, financial and business development activities

Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation

Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s)

Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits

Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals

Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement

Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances

Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents

Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested

Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:Education: Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience

Security Clearance Level: Top Secret required (TS/SCI preferred)

Preferred Skills: Experience supporting TRMC, TENA.

Responsible for programs(s) with annual revenues of less than $25 million

Certifications: PMP, ITIL

The likely salary range for this position is $132,750 - $179,604. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
