The Lead Generation Consultant is responsible for helping our clients build, grow and maintain their stream of business. We have over 35,000 broker clients and many of them are looking for guidance and recommendations when it comes to how they should be approaching lead generation. The focus of this role will be to collaborate with our clients, analyze what they are doing to generate new business today and provide recommendations and considerations to help them grow their market share.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Strategizing with external clients to identify lead generation goalsTroubleshoot client challenges when it comes to lead generation road blocks and provide detailed solutions and best practices.Brainstorming unique and innovative ideas to help our clients grow their business with lead generation tactics and source channels.Reviewing and evaluating clients current lead generation tactics and execution across owned, earned and paid channels (IE: brand identity, website, social, email, PR, etc.), write detailed recommendations for improvement from both strategic and tactical perspectives, and formally present those recommendations to clients over the phone and/or video calls.Tracking the lead generation landscape to stay up to speed on the latest trends our clients should be aware of and incorporating.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
Solid generalized professional experience across multiple mortgage channels in a Broker, Retail, Loan Officer, or Account Executive position with a broad/generalized understanding of all mortgage market lead generation tools, services, and creative best practices are a must!Proactive, excellent attention to detailAbility to creatively provide value feedback and solutions.Strong ownership skillsExcellent communication and organization skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship building skills experience with client relationship management and client service is strongly preferredYou are comfortable being on the phone 80% of the dayUnderstands how to drive results through lead generation tools and services.Ability to evaluate, formulate, prepare, write, and present findings and lead generation recommendations to clientsAbility to solve complex problems with keen instincts and organizational experience.
