The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and an analytical problem solver with proven experience in successfully deploying new systems and coordinating their execution. They should have expertise in sales and CRM processes, along with the ability to design and implement workflows across various functions.What you'll do:Optimize workflows and processes within ZOHO CRM to support functional teams in achieving their goals.Assist in identifying gaps and implementing scalable solutions, including testing new initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as SMB Strategy and Program, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Data Operations, Partnerships, Measurement, and Data Science to drive business objectives.Evaluate and analyze business unit and operational metrics to promote process improvements and enhance efficiency.Work closely with the Director of Operations to shape and refine operational solutions. Lead initiatives to improve tools for sales and marketing, develop training programs, strengthen quality assurance, and optimize sales communication strategies.Manage complex, time-sensitive projects using strategic prioritization to ensure timely resolution. Leverage data-driven insights to guide decisions and ensure project success.QualificationsExpertise in rapidly scaling organizational design, including processes, tools, people, and reporting structures.Proficient in process mapping, workflow design, and optimization.Experience working within CRMsSkilled in crafting tailor-made API integrations enhancing system connectivity and data flow.Strong aptitude for data-driven decision-making.A sales-focused mindset with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes across the customer lifecycle.Expertise with CRM software supporting marketing, sales, and service automation.Ability to simplify complexity and effectively communicate with executives.Deep understanding of the data required to track sales funnels, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that support sales managers and improve overall sales strategy.Exceptional problem-solving skills, excelling in dynamic, high-pressure situations and consistently addressing complex challenges with success.Minimum Qualifications:B.A. (or experiential equivalent) in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related fieldProven track record launching and driving adoption for changes to operational processesPreferred Qualifications:Proven track record of achieving operational excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments.A detail-oriented individual with executive presence, business acumen, and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organizationDemonstrated expertise in organizational, project management, and execution skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable plans.Ability to communicate effectively as a change agent, influencing leadership, product, marketing, and team members to take new actions and shift the daily behaviors of a teamExperience with ZOHO CRM, telecommunications systems, and marketing platformsFamiliarity with sales processes and KPI reporting.A collaborative team player, ready to assist where needed.
