Relay is looking for a senior marketing expert in the Healthcare or FinTech industry. This individual will have mastered their role in performance and growth marketing and be eager to bring their knowledge to a new role where they can have immediate impact upon campaign strategy and results.

They will have a proven ability to understand industry strategy, trends, risks, and opportunities. At Relay, this individual will serve as Relay's client-facing marketing expert and consultant. They will collaborate with Relay clients on client marketing campaigns in order to reach and educate more customers, drive more engagement, and achieve better outcomes. The role is a first-in-position opportunity and comes with the chance to be a creative and innovative leader in a rapidly growing SaaS company. Duties & Responsibilities

Design, develop, build, and optimize the Relay client-facing marketing consulting functionServe as subject matter expert, consulting with Relay clients on marketing strategy and campaign executionEvaluate and execute strategic marketing plans, aligned with the business objectives for individual enterprise accountsEnsure account quality and retentionConduct short and long-term campaign review and optimization, applying lessons learned to future campaigns across the industryClosely collaborate with internal stakeholders - including Sales, Client Success, and ImplementationEffectively communicate analyses, developing reporting and dashboardsAnalyze and use data to pull insights and inform decisions across the business to drive positive outcomesDeliver quantifiable improvements across the businessIndicators of Success

8+ years of work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on multiple performance-oriented channelsDeep understanding of data, including the ability to and share trends and analyses with internal and external stakeholdersProven track record of increasing product utilization and building and scaling campaignsKnowledge of industry specific business trends, issues, products, services, and solutionsAbility to think creatively and strategically, with a strong eye on the detailsFlexible, adaptable, and comfortable with changeAbility to multi-task among several stakeholders and deadlinesStrong communication, storytelling, and presentation skillsSalesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud experienceComfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
