IT Support Specialist . The IT Support Specialist role involves Tier 2 support of client desktop systems, applications, and IT infrastructure, in alignment with ITIL best practices. This position ensures business users are kept productive by investigating and resolving issues they have with their computer, access, internet services and software. What you will do:Provide Tier 2 analysis and response to incident and service request tickets submitted by internal business users, adhering to ITIL incident management practicesParticipate in the development and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure knowledge base documentation to support efficient resolution and continuous improvementFoster team collaboration and assist other departments as needed to promote effective team-building and cross-functional supportOn-site support 2 - 3 days per week at Plymouth MN officesWhat's in it for you:

Bachelors Degree2+ years of experience in an IT support roleExperience with ITSM, identity access (Microsoft Active Directory/ Entra) and desktop system administration toolsProficient with MS Windows, MS O365 applications, client/desktop systems and infrastructure componentsWork visa sponsorship is not available for this position
