Summary
Leads client engagements withsome oversight from Director. Works as an individual contributor within theThrivence team to develop work products, leads specific project initiatives,and acts as a subject matter expert on consulting projects; may lead the workof a consultant on specific projects. Provides overall leadership forassigned projects; responsible for achieving milestones, quality deliverablesand resource allocation goals. Manages smaller client relationships.Participates in proposal development.
Responsibilities:
Daily activitiesinclude but are not limited to framing issues, problem-structuring,optimizing client processes, developing go-to-market strategies, and changemanagement.Uses priorexperience and research and apply to lead clients through complex problemsolving.Participate in theexecution of the marketing and business development plan; grows value ofclient relationship over time.Analyzes &interprets data, applies to business strategy.Assists in clientcommunication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.Meets qualitydelivery, utilization and revenue growth goals.Performs otherduties as requested.Education & Experience Qualifications:Education and Skills:
MBA or otherMaster's degree in a business-related subject area. AND/OR Bachelor'sDegree and 5-10 years of work experience in management consulting or anyrelevant business area including operations, marketing, finance, IT, or humanresources.Applies practical knowledgethrough progressive experience to resolve issues.Sound problem-solving andanalytical skills.Good at developing marketingstrategies and plans.Strong business acumen andentrepreneurial spirit.Quick learner, innovativethinker with leadership skills and attributes.Excellent verbal and writtencommunication and presentation skills.Effective project managementskills with ability to meet deadlines.Ability to adapt quickly andrespond effectively to project issues that arise.Self-starter, self-motivated.Why join us?
